The week after we got back from Florida we decided to go up to the Mogollon Rim to see the fall foliage. However we didn't really get the location or the timing right. We did get to have some fun offroading through 40 miles of forest road though and regardless of the foliage there were some amazing views.
This is where we pulled off the forest road for lunch. Zach is trying to raise his horns.
This is around the Barbershop trail. We had an easy hike down to the cabin.
There was a lot of evidence of elk and deer in this area.
This is about the best place we found for fall foliage.
