June was a busy month for us this year. Adriana turned 1 this year so we had a big party for the lil chub. Natalie was hoping that Adriana would be walking by her first birthday. I don't know why. I wanted to keep her non mobile as long as possible. Turned out, she wasn't walking by her first birthday.

Adri really loves the beach as you can see so we spent a lot of time at the beach and in the pool. We would go in the pool at least a couple times a week. She loves splashing, being thrown up in the air, playing torpedo and baby bombs, and she loves sitting on the edge of the pool and jumping in. I catch her of course.

Pictures Adriana's birthday. Some how we got lucky and didn't get rained out. There's probably close to a 60% chance of rain on any given day in June but it didn't happen this day. We had a long party. Probably had people there a good five hours. Note to self, party is too long for baby. Adriana fell asleep about 20 minutes before cake time. We didn't want to keep everyone there all night so we had to wake her up to cut the cake. She didn't understand blowing out candles at the time. That came to her about 3 months later and now she even tries to blow out my flashlight.

Having this much fun can't be legal.

Adri loves opening presents. So much that I wasn't go fast enough for her. Look at her cry.
